  1. Check to see if other devices in your home are connected.
  2. If some devices are still connected, the problem might be limited to a single device.
  3. Make sure you are connecting to the correct wireless network.
Additional Steps
  1. Reboot your router. *DON’T press reset button.
  2. Power cycle your outside radio.
